To return a product, please complete the form on the page most appropriate to your situation:
Please note that CO2 Cylinders (both empty and full) require special handling procedures due to their hazardous goods classification. For these returns, please refer to the following page: Return of CO2 Cylinders
After submitting the return form available on the appropriate page, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your request and instructions for the return.
For any return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The returned products must not differ from those purchased from the Website and must be complete;

The products must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep them; and

The products must be returned in their original packaging with all protective materials, stickers, accessories, and sales documentation intact.
A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address. You will also receive a shipping label via email, which must be attached to the outside of the package before handing it over to the courier.
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date on which you received the products. The costs of returning the products will be at your expense unless the return is due to an error by the seller (i.e., in cases of returns for defective, damaged or incorrect products).
Upon receipt of your return and verification that all requirements have been met, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for your purchase, with deduction of the fee for return management in the case of general returns.
If your return is not accepted, you will receive a detailed explanation of the reasons. In such a case, the products will be returned to you at the seller’s expense, except where you have mistakenly returned products not purchased from our Website.
