Delivery is available only to the following countries. If the destination country is not listed, shipping is currently unavailable.

Please note that we do not ship to locations accessible only by ferry, such as Sardinia, Minor Islands, Azores, Madeira, Balearic Islands, Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and other similar destinations.

All confirmed orders are shipped via express courier for both domestic and international deliveries. Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.  

Shipping costs may vary depending on the selected product, the volume and weight of the package, and the delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout before payment. For deliveries outside the EU, products may be subject to duty and/or import taxes according to the specific product and country of delivery. Such duties and/or import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs.  

Standard Delivery times:  

  • Italy: Approximately 1-3 working days from the date of shipment;  

  • Other EU Countries: Approximately 3-4 working days from the date of shipment; and  

  • Non-EU Countries: Approximately 4-5 working days from the date of shipment.  

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our/Seller’s control, such as customs clearance for non-EU shipments or unforeseen courier delays. Any significant delays will be communicated via email. 

A regularly attended delivery address must be provided. The courier will make a limited number of delivery attempts based on the destination country. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the courier’s local office, and collection will be the recipient’s responsibility. 

Upon delivery, please check the condition of the package before signing for it. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, report it to the courier and note it on the proof of delivery. Any issues should also be communicated to our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
